Crockpot Sunday: Hot & Sour Cabbage Soup

Bringing back Crockpot Sunday since winter has settled in here at the beach (read: until tomorrow or Tuesday when it returns to 60's).  I wanted to try a new recipe this week.  Found THIS gem and so excited to eat it tonight!  Happy Sunday, y'all!
